Do I need CCS to use Rate Flow?
Yes. Shopify's Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS) must be enabled to display real-time rates at checkout. If your Shopify plan doesn't include CCS, upgrade your plan or contact Shopify to enable CCS. Learn more: Third-party carrier-calculated shipping (CCS).
Which Shopify plans support CCS?
Plans with third-party carrier-calculated rates support CCS. Some plans require an add-on. Refer to Shopify's CCS documentation for current eligibility and activation steps.
What happens if CCS is disabled?
Rates won't appear at checkout. Our app guides you to enable CCS and manage plans. Once CCS is enabled, rates will display automatically.
Do you support negotiated DHL rates?
Enter your DHL credentials in Settings and we'll use them for quoting.

What are the package dimension limits and units?
DHL maximums are 300×200×160 cm. Enter dimensions in cm or inches; switching units converts values automatically and inputs are clamped to DHL limits.
